cancellation policy:
Your appointment is very important to us. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. Late Cancellations and No Show's also prevent us from offering an appointment to someone else.
As a courtesy, we send out text or email reminders prior to your scheduled appointment.
In the event we cancel on you within 24 hours, you will receive a complimentary in-salon conditioning treatment at your next visit.
Late Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee of all originally booked service prices and
will be credited to your Hair House account as 'Store Credit' to be used towards a future appointment.
No Show's are subject to a fee of 100% of original service prices. NO Store Credit Applied!

Hair House has a NO REFUND policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary revisions within 14 days of original service. Unused/Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
