cancellation policy:
Your appointment is very important to us. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we request at least 48 hour notice for cancellations. Late Cancellations and No Show's prevent us from offering an appointment to someone else.
As a courtesy, we send out text or email reminders prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee of all originally booked service prices and
will be credited to your Hair House account as 'Store Credit' to be used towards a future appointment.
No Show's and Same Day Cancellations are subject to a non-refundable fee of 50% of original service prices. NO Store Credit Applied.

Booker, a platform owned by Mindbody, secures client credit card information through a multi-layered approach, including PCI compliance, data encryption, and limited access to partial information.
